ingredients
2 lb ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 slice of sweet bread
1/2 cup Milk
salt and pepper

1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 pinch of allspice
6 metal skewers or bamboo

Instructions:
- If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for at least 1 hour.
