Go completely horizontal from a little sitting with pillows behind you, then sit completely on the edge of the bed for a few minutes, finally get up and move into your morning routine SLOWLY. ginger and mint your new favorite flavors ... Ginger and peppermint are both
excellent ways to fight against nausea. Add ginger to your daily diet by
consuming ginger confit, all-natural ginger ale, ginger tea, or recipes using
fresh ginger as the main ingredient. Mint is easy to get your hands on: Altoids
(keep on you all the time), fresh mint leaves muddled in your water, gum and
peppermint.
Eat
small, large drink ... Health and well-balanced meals are exactly what you need
during pregnancy, just eat smaller portions more often to aid digestion. Avoid
overflow to help reduce your risk of vomiting. Drink plenty of water throughout
the day. Try to stay hydrated between meals, not during. Get a glass or water
bottle stainless steel and keep it with you at all times. Most women should
drink at least 72 ounces of water per day. Getting enough fluids is essential,
especially if you vomit!
Perfection
prenatal vitamin ... Prenatal vitamins are a must during pregnancy, but can
make nausea worse because of the high content of B vitamins (known to cause
stomach upset). Try a different brand of prenatal vitamins that is "good
for the stomach. Also, try taking your vitamins during the day you feel better,
and always take them with food!

cloth moistened with a few drops of peppermint oil or lavender smell away!
